At Konat Digital Studio, we offer digital products only. Since our products are delivered as instant downloadable digital content, no physical items are shipped.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital files has been provided, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Files

Accidental Purchases
